Ordering Process
- Decide which test(s) you would like to order. If you have any questions at all about which test is right for you, please call (888-435-2839 toll free) or email (info@medlabusa.com) us. We have access to over 3000 lab tests, not all of which are on the website. If you do not see a test you want to order, please call or email, and we will arrange that specific test for you. Order the test online with your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) using our secure, encrypted server. If you have a preference for lab location, please specify on your order notes which location you prefer. Otherwise, we will fax the order to the lab closest to your addres
- Your lab requisition(s) will be faxed to the nearest patient service center (click here for link to patient service center locator), based on the address you provide on your order. You will then receive an email, informing you that the lab has your test(s) order. You will also receive directions and a map to the lab from your location via email. This will occur the same day of your order.
- Present to the lab, and have your tests done. You are now finished with your part.
- You will receive a second email when your lab(s) are complete. You can then log back onto MedLabUSA using your secure username and password (that you chose during your order) to view/print your results. The entire process should only take 2-3 days. We have the quickest turnaround time of any online medical laboratory service.

Please proceed to lab as soon as possible. No refunds will be granted after 30 days from order date.
